VJ-ing from the dancefloor

 

One of my main interests is working in public spaces, to get my work to the people.

In this instance, I took it very literally; I created a wireless VJ interface using a wireless gamepad and VJ software called Transzendant. At a student party I used it to create images form the middle of a dancing crowd.

I let the crowd try it aswell, although they had less control over the images they created as they didn't have any previous experience with the rather complex interface.
